The Ripper

A super fun project brought to us by Ryan a professional quad rider from NYC that’s heading into the monster truck forum. Aside from his top secret drive train his chassis will sport a 1972 Chevy sierra body and we had the opportunity to do graphic mockup for his wrap. Here’s a concept shot of “The Ripper”

My Trusty Steed

My wind splitter, 1948 Panhead chopper. Yes the bars are skinny and no it doesn’t suck to ride, in fact, quite the opposite! Micro and medium silver flake base with teal and blue candies and even a pinch of canadian tire isle 5, for paint. The quickies are always your own, so I’ve decided to tear it down to endure yet another facelift in anticipation of my new tank on its way from Trav over at High Test. She’s a finicky old bird…but shes mine.

Bens 78 Shovel – The Horse

I had the honor of painting my friend Bens 78′ Harley Shovelhead chopper last spring. The tank and fender were treated to candy orange, red and brown patterns over raw hand spun metal and buried in hand polished clear. Pick up “The Horse” issue #118 to read about the work that Ben, Clay put in to get this HD where it is today. Check out the guys over at Megadestroyer.        (photo credits Jason Lang Photography)
