Don’t sweat the small stuff!
The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by Stylewise Media Graphic Design. Work carried out by Stylewise is based on the understanding that the client has agreed to these terms and conditions. Copyrights are retained by Stylewise Media Graphic Design unless specifically released after costs have been settled. Charges for design services to be provided by Stylewise require a non-refundable deposit of 50% prior to project initialization. Projects will not commence until this amount is cleared. Upon project completion the remainder of the amount will become payable. Accounts that remain outstanding for 30 days after the date of completion will incur an extra charge of 7% per month of the outstanding amount. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, or (for overseas customers) Paypal, or previously agreed electronic fund transfers. Publication and/or release of work done by Stylewise Media may not take place prior to cleared funds being received. Please note returned cheques will incur an additional fee of $50 per returned cheque. Changes required over and above the initial/estimated work to be carried out after project delivery are liable to additional charges. By supplying text, images and other data to Stylewise Media for project inclusion, the customer declares to hold appropriate copyright permissions. Stylewise reserves the right to place a small credit or web link on any printed, painted, or digital media as sees fit. The client agrees to allow Stylewise to place designs on our website for demonstration purposes and to use any designs in its own publicity. Disclaimer- Stylewise will not be held responsible for any and all damages resulting from products and/or services it supplies. The customer agrees not to hold Stylewise Media responsible for any such loss or damage. Any claim against Stylewise Media shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the customer.
